Label Parts Of A Longship

Northern Chile - beaches, deserts, tsunamis, and it is all under the stars:) bye

... It was like this ... After saying goodbye
wine from Argentina we went to the Chilean coast soak up the sun, beaches and seafood (one word short vacation from the holidays). Serena and Coquimbo przwitaly us as their first port colonial buildings and character. The two cities form a completely different one coherent composition. Serena as one of the oldest Chilean cities boasts colonial architecture going back to the sixteenth century. However, Coquimbo is a typical port city, which extends over a big hill ended with sharp cliffs and scales. It is also very poor city slums with extensive but specific uzekajace atmosphere. Ascribe additional thrill wszechobecene information boards showing the way of escape in the event of a tsunami. From what I learned in August last big wave hit the city in 1964, the amount of which is marked on the streets of a thick yellow line.
was amusing and happy przpadek accommodation on the beach in the Serena, which is the week in TV wydzielismy flooded by tsunami waves triggered by an earthquake in Japan. Dontknow :)))))
was overwhelming as that one of the reasons for what we wanted to come here were the seafood sprobowlismy local delicacies. You need to remember this is a Tea for connoisseurs, to which we probably do not yet belong :))))
four-day vacation from the vacation basking crowned view August lazily big, greasy sea lions (byczyly a few meters away from us:))
In the case of the tsunami we are safe here:))

delicious specialties ocean - unless you need to grow up:)

advised to flee up the

Serena and Coquimbo

As the Chilean coast has Oklo 7 thousand km on the road north we stopped a few times a kompiel in the ocean. The fact worthy of noting is that the prez 7 thousand km of coast in the ocean water is as uncool icy :)))))
cold water and the sun burns the Wior

Going by the rate of the Atacama Desert (the world's driest desert, but a more peopled than patagonia argentynaska), we learned that in the vicinity is the largest observatory in the WORLD atsronomiczne :)))) (ie, at this point because a much larger building nearby.) Well, once we had been zapolonymi astronomers and scientists decided to place a Gentlemen nizapowiedziana visit:))) As from the Atacama Desert to get there easily - we drove an ambulance:)) As with the unannounced visit was stuck on the gatehouse before the gate:))) Well, but you
sraznik turned out to be extremely friendly and told us half the night working on the secrets astronomers and everything that happens in this technology naszpikowanym highest hill. Funny thing is, the European Southern Observatory is finanasowane for 15 European countries and Chile. Sitting in that gatehouse and listening to stories of space we were on European territory, and no power, whether police or military did not have us move right from there. We got even lunch at the expense of sixteen. Yet one fact - the countries give 1% of its GDP annually on this great machine-kept looking for life on other planets (in this group are also the Czech Republic:)) Although we could not play with the equipment for hundreds of astronomical billion stars, is the view from the hills Atacama was truly a killa !!!!!
Observatory is pretty well from behind the gate

Northern Chile is an interesting hidden places wsrrod desert hills abounded in minerals. How you are going around are the same mines, extracting everything here - the whole array Mendeleev (gold, platinum, copper, lead, and fofory colostrum and everything else but I do not know the names because Sebastian did not think the chemistry lessons:)))
We visited one such mine, and indeed the largest open pit copper mines in the world - Chuquicamata. Perhaps some of you watched the program on Discovery about the big trucks carrying 400 tons urobu at once. Well, you say the we have seen them live :)))) and are the enormous giants. Cala Mine is a huge giant of a length of 4.3 kilometers, three kilometers wide and depths of up to 1 km. And that can add more than 100 trucks giants. Recommendable.
Large, larger, largest
Mama she said "do not dig so deep, because dokopiesz August to China"

northern Chile's most popular destination, however, is San Pedro de Atacama. The village became a mecca for tourists from around the world (just not with Chile because for them it is too expensive). Miejsciowsc located in the heart of the Atacama Desert in itself is already interesting and what to speak of the surrounding landscapes. We, as always, chose options ekonomico mass, but .... but not most. Two days after we ran the desert roweramiiiiiii :))))) Pierszego of what we did 60 km distance turned out zabujczym - suggest half of the brain not had time to burn:))) Kompalismy August meshed with the salt and wyporna przecudownie refreshing water. Dear pedalowalismy day after the Lunar Valley, where NASA was testing their lunar and Mars vehicles. Krajoobrazy in skrucie can be described as - WOW:)
bicycle after the attack

a truly lunar:))
The Chilean desert
wciagnelismy abandoned mining town Humberstone, which has recently been inscribed on the UNESCO list. In fact, the whole city is one big rust, but it reflects the realities of life fantastically miners of the nineteenth century.
Now, we are already close to Bolivia and tomorrow we go by bus to the country's wild and beautiful at the same time.
